Went here on New Year’s Eve at noon and I honestly really enjoyed it. As soon as I walked in, there was a sense of approachability and familiarity because it feels like home when you go to bob evans. Despite the design inside being old, it felt timeless and felt like the Midwest at its finest. The food was great and the cinna biscuits ARE TO DIE FOR! Frosting was delicious. Our server Hope was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Food was good and portions are generous. The resturant needs a little TLC as it gets a fair amount of traffic. Our one complaint was waiting so long to check out, almost 10 minutes. While a number of team members working and saw us waiting, it appeared that only a couple could run the register. It was not busy at the time.
My confirmation email said my order would be ready at 11:50. I called inside when I got there at 11:35 and was told they would bring it out to me as soon as it was done. I called inside at 12:00 (10 minutes past the time it would be done) and the lady said she would run it out to me (which she did) but by the time I got home everything was cold.
Definitely was the right choice to get some hot grub. Waitress was polite and attentive. The service was fast. The food was hot and delicious. I got the tender pot roast. It was very tender and so flavorful. My husband got the honey butter chicken and biscuits. He said it was very good. For sure coming here again.

We were able to be seated rather quickly for a Sunday. Lots of staff walking around. We waited an extremely long time for two simple meals. Others that were seated 20 minutes after we were had their food before us. It must have been forgotten. No apologies from staff. Food was pretty good.
Ordered eggs overedium, b&g, bacon and home fries. Everything was perfect, hot, and fast. One of my most consistently yummy breakfast places.
Server was slow soup and meal came way to close together. Food looked like was frozen microwaved. Not a good experience.
Great service, good food. Bon Evans always seems a little pricey but I left satisfied
