surprising, disappointed at this point. service was missing because waitress(s) was more interested in talks with employees who then serve. the turkey dinner sandwich ordered, great concept right?! I couldn't eat it as sandwich, I had to use a fork, the creatures of filling broke the brot so it could not be treated as sandwich. I could not ask the attention of the waitress to a piece of toast so I could replace the brot. they had no broth varieties of banana for sale, I would have bought one after I had received the vaccinated servier we got. why I love bob evans. it just made us realize that we wait and have driven a little closer to the house and have gone to our local bob evans. parking:...

They only had 2 waitress and it was me and my best friend. 15min wait but we waited because we knew they were short staffed. We got our food it was good but our waitress never came back to refill our drinks or ask how we was doing. She was rolling up silverware. I had to ask for a box at the counter. Then the manager cashed us out and was complaining about how she can't get no one to work and her 78 year old mom was back doing the dishes. The restaurant was very dirty. Won't go back there for a long time

Our server was excellent! she took care of our table well and was very attentive to our needs. She was also very friendly. However, the food was disappointing. The pancake was undercooked and messily made, so I couldn't eat it. The sausage had a strange taste that I couldn't quite figure out. Overall, the breakfast was just okay. The bacon looked and tasted artificial. After being on a long flight without a hot meal, I was disappointed to not enjoy much of this meal. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our experience at the restaurant was wonderful thanks to our excellent waitress Elizabeth. She was quick and friendly, taking our orders accurately and promptly. The honey-baked chicken with eggs dish I ordered was the best chicken I have ever tasted - tender and cooked to perfection. Both myself and my children thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. if uncomfortable, like a phone system down, they should follow orders and contact customers, especially those who have paid. I couldn't get my order and they didn't take it back, I refused to warm up the food so I got a refund. I understand being busy, but that wasn't in a way I thought it was.

Went there on Labor Day ordered to go. They were very busy a 25 minute wait for dining room. The staff was still friendly and patient. The manager was handling a KAREN gracefully. I got my food right on time it was hot and tasted very very good. Great job to the entire team!

I will go to a Bob Evans when we are traveling because the food is usually good quality. The service is hit or Miss depending upon location. Yesterday the service was not the best, I ordered an omelette without cheese, it took them three times before they got it correct.

Waitress (and the staff in general) was very nice and the food was good enough. The dining area itself was not very clean, and our both had a huge tear in the seat. Overall, I felt like I was eating at a Bob Evans in Elyria

Family-friendly atmosphere and amazing ambiance. A perfect spot to dine and relax with loved ones. I will definitely return with my friends. The pricing was reasonable considering the delicious food.
