I drive a 30 foot motor home and handicapped. I pulled in to this restaurant went in and to be told I had to move my rv I couldn't park there. I didn't take up all the handicap spots and there was more then plenty of parking behind me ,next to me and on both side of the building also it was raining. He told me i had to walk jn the rain and park elsewhere. When I told him I'm handicapped and have a right to park in any spot as there was plenty of parking two older gentlemen walked up and heard all of this. My son who is 11 Wanted only strawberries manager and waitress said we can only give you a fruit cup that has some strawberries in it. I find it hard to believe they couldn't find strawberries in the kitchen just to give to my son they said we can give you a fruit cup with the strawberries but we would have to charge you for the fruit cup. We weren't asking for an extra steak or appetizer just for strawberries for my son. So I told them I will pay for the fruit cup but just bring us strawberries. And they did but charged us for a fruit cup. That is ridiculous unprofessional and not really caring about your customers. In any case, this restaurant has not met our expectations. After this experience, we have decided to find another breakfast spot for our trips. Firstly, we waited for approximately 10 minutes before a server finally came to our table. The server was unfriendly and did not introduce themselves. I ordered a strawberry lemonade which tasted like pure syrup. The service was terrible, as we constantly had to ask for napkins and our food was not prepared correctly. I left a $5.00 tip, which I regret now. Due to this disappointing visit, we will not be returning to Bob Evans. Thank you.
I'm not sure if this location had staffing changes but the pick-up service they have is awful the last 3x things have been missing from my order or food is cold they also can't seem to walk your curbside order outside without youcalling you calling them 2x to say no one brought your order outside. Manager gets smart with you if you complain. Never I'm sorry what can we do to fix it. ALL I CAN SAY IS get a more professional manager over there who cares about customers WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS. JUST AWLFUL SERVICES wonder parking lots empty!!

I had dinner at this restaurant, and I was really impressed with the food. It arrived at our table quickly, even though it seemed like they were a bit short-staffed. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The portion sizes for the price are incredible; we practically enjoyed a mini buffet for under $30, which really surprised me. This is a fantastic chain to visit, especially at this location.
I’ve never walked out of a restaurant until today came back here for lunch for vacation and asked our waitress if there was any way to substitute something and if not it’s ok and her and the cook started yelling and screaming at each other on the floor for 15 minutes and we left never again
dear bob evans! we did not have this in the NE area, but definitely missed eating, vibe and service! the service has changed since the kovid, but you have not been in. go on bob evans!
The general manager, Mike, is wonderful. He welcomed us as we arrived and graciously took our order. The turkey dinner family meal is my favorite option on the menu.

Amazing service! Large portions. Great price, and a large variety to choose from! Overall a great family place that has a warm atmosphere!
Bob Evans is not ideally located, but their food is consistently good.
