0/10 honestly! WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Management to front line staff. I am speaking as a Human Resources professional. I walked in today to place a simple carryout order. Paid and the receipt showed my order was correct. Drove 20 minutes home and realized that NONE of my sides were in the bag. I was not initially upset because the entrée was there, however I decided to make a call just to inform Mgmt. Again, not expecting anything because I certainly was not driving back. First visit on Saturday morning. 8:35 I sat immediately with a very pleasant young man with accent. I ordered coffee to my disappointment of one of the creamers in the bowl had hit old food on the side. I asked the young man to remove him immediately and apologize. The waitress was a bubbly older lady my food came out all quickly and was hot 2 eggs bacon home hairs and hot cakes. Food was good with the exception of pancakes they were much too humid battery. Everything was okay. I don't live in Laurel, I wouldn't make a special trip to come back here. But kudos t I the young African American man with the accent. His customer service was upstairs. The waitress was nice too.
I visited the restaurant on September 17, 2022, with my daughter and unfortunately found a baby roach in our food. When I called customer service to report the incident, I spoke with a representative named Ms. Mary, who was quite rude and aggressive. She didn't allow me to express my concerns and showed no compassion or understanding regarding the impact this had on my child after finding the roach in our meal. This experience has left me feeling that I will never set foot in Bob Evans again. Furthermore, they have not allowed me to file a claim with their insurance, which adds to my frustration.
That was an amazing spot for breakfast! We were in a group, and the waitress did a wonderful job ensuring we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I had banana pancakes with bacon and domestic frits (essentially fried potato cubes) along with scrambled eggs. It was all fantastic!

I will no longer order from this place. After I got home. I order 2 meats sausage and ham, do you see any sausage??? Crazy that you have to double check behind people that r getting paid. Look at the home fries. Price of food is going up lack of service and reliability going down. I ask for my meal to be taken off the bill.
Great little breakfast stop. Clean rest rooms. My wife, two children and I ate for $40. The food is very good IMO. Comparable to IHOP. There was no milk for the coffee, only half half, but we got there the minute they opened. The service was great and there was no wait. We will definitely be back.
This place is everything! Feels like grandmas house with good people. Lashondra was our waitress and was the best ever. She attended to us ahead of us even having to request anything!! The food came out fast and delicious. All the staff here are incredible and respectful. Highly recommend
The food was really good here. The portions were big and most of us at the table couldn't finish our plates. The strawberry pancakes were amazing. The caramel mocha coffee was real good too. The service was real fast and the servers were real nice. I would highly recommend.

The service was excellent. I visited for breakfast in the morning, and the customer service during the day shift was fantastic! The food was good as well—nothing to complain about.
Everything was great .felt bad for the waitress because of a person with a better than everyone else adatude.
