Was at this place for first time on September 29, 2021. The place seemed clean and everything looked nice. So we waited 5 minutes to be seated with hardly a table taken. The hostess had to place a phone call and we waited on manager to come out to seat us. The waitress was nice and kept our drinks full. The cook that made our order doesn't seem on the ball. Waitress came back 15 minutes into order to inform us they were out of turkey. Simple egg meals and a ham with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese took 30 minutes. A crowd then came in so I would imagine the cook was overwhelmed after our order. Food was good.
The burger and fries looked quite unappetizing. The Steakhouse Burger was over-salted—almost like eating a bag of salt. As for the fries, I don’t even know what happened to them; they were completely absent, and the portion for the loaded fries was smaller than a kid’s meal. Then there was the Rise Shine Burger, which had the same problem—only about ten fries in total. This was truly disappointing. This will definitely be the last time I order from this restaurant. It feels like a rip-off considering the prices they charge for such poor quality and portion sizes.
we ordered last minute online. within ten minutes, a worker called me to tell me that an salate I ordered could not be made. no big thing we have ordered something else. eating was amazing! super fresh! the employee threw in a cookie as tasty bites for the inconvenience. it was not necessary, but super thoughtful! thank you.
an excellent simple family dinner. the personal was super busy, but also very attentive to us. eating was typical bob evans but it was hot and delicious. we ordered the fried chicken, pancakes and the southwest avocado chicken dinner. we filled it with a delicious rice pine. overall a very pleasant experience

Have ordered before and always been satisfied .... food this time around was horrible !! Had 5 pieces of shredded potatoes (literall y 5 !! that were supposed to be my side order of hash browns ... scrambled eggs were still RUNNY !!!! Bacon was burnt and crumbled into crumbs at bottom of tray !!!!
The restaurant failed to include all the items in my delivery bag. When I raised the issue, the manager was indifferent and shifted the blame to DoorDash for not returning to deliver the missing items. This seems to be a frequent problem, so I would recommend avoiding this Bob Evans location.
the selection of food and quality are excellent. service was great, restaurant very clean and welcoming. steak was cooked to perfection. please see smaller portions available for each age. in any case will be back soon. ashley is a perfect server. also the price was very good.
I always enjoy the meals I get from Bob's! They have the best green beans I've ever tasted! The Hickory-Smoked Ham Steaks were absolutely delicious! Don't forget to try the pecan pie as well!

Eggs/ Potatoes showed up ice cold and very greasy. Pancakes also ice cold and brown shriveled bananas ontop.
the service was fast and efficient. eating is always good and the restaurant is always clean.
