Bob Evans - Reserva de mesa

I don't usually like to give bad reviews but my experience at this location today definitely warrants an unpleasant review. The only positive statement would be is that my server was very professional and courteous. I however forgot her name. She was a young lady with brown hair and was taking care of the section closest to Middle Belt Rd. She had to deal with the pancake lady, that's me . The food was terrible and was served on a dirty plate. The dining room itself could use a good cleaning. I could also hear the employees talking and they should watch the language that is being used. I was not offended but I am sure a lot of people would be. This restaurant definitely needs some TLC and so...

Came to this location today June 26, 2022 at 9:30 for breakfast. First of all some employee sounded as if they were face timing someone. The phone was on speaker and it was extremely loud. I ordered a breakfast scramble I believe that's what it was. Once the food arrived, I told the waiter...this looks nothing like the picture. I had a teaspoon of burnt hash browns. At that point I just walked out. Never again.

This family restaurant is clean and welcoming. Although I am not familiar with the history of Bob Evans, I decided to grab a bite to eat here with my friend. I ordered the breakfast castle and it exceeded my expectations! The food was excellent, especially for a chain restaurant. I prefer Bob Evans over most other breakfast options, and it's a convenient place to grab a quick meal. Thanks, Bob Evans!

Very disappointed at this Bob Evans restaurant. Food was delicious but the service was terrible. My order was wrong and items were missing. I didn't bother bringing it to the server's attention because it took forever to get our food and I didn't want to wait for my correct order. Also asked for drink refills which never came. 5 employs at least working. 1 lady actually working! 2 tables with people. 4 tables that needed to be clean!We watch 1 young waitress wait tables, clean tables, serve food all while 3 others were standing around trying to look busy!!! No help, no offers!!! Crazy!!! Including a very loud manager! Shame on your ALL. ?Breakfast was good. Won't be back!!

The service was great but the food quality and portions have definitely gone down hill. When we expressed our feelings to the waitress she agreed and suggested another restaurant she frequented for breakfast. Just disappointing. We won't be back. This used to be our favorite breakfast spot.

our server was great. the eggs, on the other hand, were dark yellow on the upper side when I got them and bright yellow in the inner because they were super cold and it was under the heat light for ever. they were replaced by eggs that were not passed. ronnie rührei is coarse

The restaurant is very clean, including the restroom. We visited for a takeout order and the staff was friendly and attentive. This was my second visit to this restaurant and the food was delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our waitress Latoya was friendly and excellent! I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and quick service.
