It wasn’t the food that was “okay”. I ordered some breakfast items online. After pickup, I proceeded on my way, as I was running behind with my daily activities. I discovered that a side of gravy was missing, so I had to drive back to the restaurant. Fortunately, I wasn’t too far away. It was just inconvenient. I approached the front order pickup area and explained what happened. The girl who waited on me was beyond rude! She challenged me because she packed the bag and insisted the item was in there. It was not. Why would anyone inconvenience themselves in their already busy day to drive back for a side of gravy if it was already in the bag??? Not only was she inexcusably rude, but she basically insinuated that I was a liar. I am not. I do not believe that “the customer is always right”. However, to my inconvenience, the item was in fact missing. This girl has no concept of proper customer service. She should be fired not because she forgot the item. We are human and mistakes happen. However, she was inexcusably RUDE and insinuated that I was a liar for my inconvenience. Fortunately, the manager was polite and handled things properly. Please fire this horrible employee.
