This is more of a 3.5/5 than a 3. Wasn't a horrible experience but wasn't the best boba experience I've had. The shop is small and tidy and has seats and benches facing the register/drink area. When we first came in we saw a lot of people sitting down in the seats waiting for their drinks, so seems like a pretty popular place. The workers were all near the back working on the drinks and we saw a bell saying to ring it whenever we are ready to order. The menu is rather expansive and my friend and I decided on the specialty drinks. Someone came immediately after we rang the bell to take our order. I visited Bobaholic and I can confidently say that this place is fantastic. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the staff is really friendly. The drinks are delicious, and since it's conveniently located near my home, I love stopping by for a refreshing beverage during the summer. I noticed some new employees, and I'm happy to report that they're just as friendly as the rest. Keep up the great work!
I live about 10 miles away, but I still visit this place every 1-2 weeks. I always order a large Jupiter with black honey boba, and it always brightens my day! I recommend getting it with light ice or no ice at all, as adding too much ice can dilute the flavor. Both my mother and I absolutely love this place! I definitely recommend it to everyone, as they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from! ❤️
These are by far the stinkiest, dirtiest cashiers I have ever gotten my order taken with. The girl up front coughed in my drink, I mean doesn 't she know it 's still prime COVID season! And then they have the GULL to act like they can 't hear me talking, the girl up front said hUH like she was deaf almost 5 times before she heard my order. Disappointed.

I was hoping to enjoy some delicious honey orange green tea and taro milk tea on this gloomy day, and I must say, Bobaholic did not disappoint! I was very pleased with the customer service I received while placing my order. The girl was friendly and sweet. Thank you again! As you can see, the drinks were truly enjoyed!
I ordered the virus and all I can't say is that it was good it was too sweet at first but after mixing it, it was fine great costumer service the strawberries n cream was also good I do recommend this place
Bobaholic is a fantastic boba destination! They have amazing quality boba and amazing quality service. Many options to choose from and always aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.
The girl working the front/taking orders with glasses was giving customers MAJOR attitude and made the experience unpleasant... drinks came out fairly quick and were yummy

The drinks were both delicious and visually stunning. My favorite was the Large Cookies N Cream, but everything we ordered was fantastic.
This drink is absolutely delicious and has even captured the attention of my teenage son!
