Example 1 announced: roast octopus, small vegetables and its virgin sauce; received: cooked octopus in the oven without fat, so not roasted and therefore hyper dry, short immangeable small steamed vegetables without any sauce. Example 2 announced: small seiches in parsillad; received: whites of seiche returned with thyme (so no report) arranged to go quickly without presentation.
