All about 5 star experience in BoccaLupo came to dinner on Saturday night during my first visit to Atlanta. coming from NY, where there is no lack of good food, I cannot say enough good things about food and service. Brian was our waiter and he was the most beautiful and helped a few times to check options for my friend who has a gluten allergy. I started with what are you, the police? Cocktail that was so good and light! Then we made a few apps, as well as the Pasta tasting menu that we split among us two without gluten allergies. This is the last week for our anniversary. All apps, pasta dishes and desserts we tried were delicious. The waiting staff was friendly and attentive. The wine pairings recommended by our server were good. Next time you can try the 4-course tasting menu! We had a reservation and sat right away. While we stayed several other tables open all the time while the bar and terrace were busy waiting with people. Not sure if the kitchen is secured or what. The waiter seemed to be confused with not doing enough while the guests were quoted long waiting times (over an hour), while the tables were empty. I wish there were still some non-pasta options. From the looks of it, the place is unassuming and you wouldn’t realize how elevated the dining experience is. It’s very cool/modern but not ostentatious. The food here is so creative, intentional, and delicious. We did the black spaghetti and the 4 course prix fixe with matching wine pairing and that was totally worth it. Cannot wait to go back. Last note, I think the black spaghetti is overhyped. For me the spiciness drowned out the other flavors but as they’re famous for it it won’t be leaving the menu. I’d just try something else personally.

The cocktails and dishes at BoccaLupo are amazing! The cocktails are fantastic, my favorite was the tzatziki cocktail, which was very refreshing! As for the entrees, I loved the tasting menu, it was a bit pricy, but can be shared between 2 people. Wow. If you’re looking for a fancy dinner to treat your taste buds we enjoyed every item we ordered. We ordered the tasting menu and I am so happy we did. If you can, make sure you get the steak tartare!!

Such an incredible experience every time! The food is outstanding and they offer a wide variety on the drink menu. The atmosphere is great for a date night. I highly suggest dining at BoccaLupo!

Excellent food! Ceviche was super fresh. The black spaghetti was also amazing. Our waiter Kyle was helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu. Zeppole for Dessert is a must.
