We have lived in La Zenia for almost 20 years but love this part of Spain and Guardamar was one of the first places we visited when looking for a villa. Decided to have a trip to Guardamar with friends and explore the back streets and found this Bodega, brilliant!. Ok it is not a stylish new bar, trendy or whatever but it is local, good music, great atmosphere and wow cheap enjoyable food and drink! and above all very friendly!!. We only stopped for a drink on a Saturday afternoon, 4 glasses of decent wine, 2 coffee and a coffee liquor plus a free plate of tapas Euro7.40, amazing!!. On Carrer Lepanto just up from Eddy's restaurant, this is unlike the touristy places elsewhere in Guardamar. It's where the locals go....... It's truly Spanish, with prices to match. We had a few post dinner drinks here, and got different Tapas every time. The wine is from barrels, and has a deep, rich and old fashioned taste. Almost sherry like. Service is excellent too, so if you've had enough of idistinguishable lagers, try Bar Moeseno.
We just love coming here at this bar and enjoy the real authentic Spanish atmosphere. The owners a Spanish couple are so nice and friendly, the sangria is homemade and freshly made when ordering it. All beverages are served with a small tapa and always good attention from the staff. A lot of Spanish people come here standing by the bar enjoying life and a beer. We feel good here !
