My husband and I visited here for dinner twice on our trip excellent cold plate tapas! The place has a lovely atmosphere (mainly full of locals which we see as a good thing! . The waiter was very attentive and brought us a great selection of tapas nuts, wine, chorizo, ham, salami, tomatoes (plain or with anchovies or tuna , almogrote (Canarian spicy cheese with bread. Very good value for the quality and quantity of the food! You might struggle to get a seat/table initially but be prepared to wait or squeeze in and the waiter will find you somewhere! Not a fancy place but great atmosphere and food.

I wrote my first review of this bar 6 years ago and going back one is always afraid it may have changed for the worse. Not here. WE stopped off for lunch and the atmosphere , food and wine were as good as ever. The food is simple ham and cheese and service is quick. They now have a few tables in the street but we were happy to be out of the sun. On any trip to Tenerife this will be our go to spot.

We were staying in an apartment nearby and it was pouring rain so this place qualified as the closest place to get something to eat for supper. It fit the bill perfectly. A selection of wines from the cask and some cold tapas plates. The food was fine for what it was and we left satisfied with our meals.

This is a really nice place for drinks and small plates. We enjoyed their choice of fortified wines. But mostly it's the atmosphere it has a feel of a slightly old and rundown pub which is nevertheless open to all and welcoming. An unmissable experience.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff always willing to explain their wonderful selection of authentic local wine and great rustic tapas. Amazing value for money. Come here now!
