Yummy Taiwanese hot pots!! #1 stinky hot pot and #3 Korean hot pot are our favorites. It’s a bit too salty for me, but I always ask for more broth to balance the taste. This place is usually packed with a bunch of people, even in wee hours. We came here close to 8 pm and had to wait over 20 minutes. Like their automatic notification system that allows me to input my cell phone into a tablet; it would automatically send a text notification when my table is ready.

I enjoy Boiling Point overall, but I did have some issues with the service. Unlike other restaurants, there are no drink refills provided, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, some of the staff seem inattentive and fail to remember which customers arrived first, sometimes taking orders from others ahead of them. However, the food is fantastic, and its deliciousness earns it at least a 3 out of 5 points from me.

1) The service was excellent. I noticed a few customers constantly bothering the staff for extras and demanding immediate attention, which likely contributes to employees feeling worn out after a long day. 2) The food was delicious and just as enjoyable as I remembered. 3) The dining area and restrooms were clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

The food was absolutely delicious—finger-licking good, and I’m not ashamed to admit I licked my fingers! We drove from Idaho to California, and this was hands down the best place I dined during my stay. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could. Giving it 10 stars from Idaho! I completely recommend it!
