Boiling Point - Reserva de mesa

I previously had an actual cockroach in my food last time.I received a Yelp message about a month after the incident about a $50 voucher, but I haven't gotten a response yet nor have I seen anything sent to my account, so I'm a little confused. I'm frustrated, not because of the lack of a free voucher, but I'm frustrated because they offered it and then ignored my messages. Please don't do things if you don't actually mean it, but thanks for updating me about the store.Edit: They sent out the message 02/02 Thursday, and it's already 02/12 Sunday. I still haven't gotten a response since the initial message.2nd Edit: They finally messaged back on the 16th. But I'm already fed up.

I wanted to eat here with my wife yesterday. My wife found a used napkin in her soup. It was disgusting... I always eat in this place. I'll take my business partners and my friends in this place. Now I feel really disgusting and feel like vomiting when I think about food here. Customer awareness, this place is disgusting and does not care about its customers. I will report them to the health department, but at this point I want to make sure everyone knows that this place is dirty!

One of my options for supplying food. Ordered the beef hot soup with spice level flaming (milk cream curry is my usual fav) and winter melon lemon juice. BP always offers a lot of its beats and enough meat. I'm 70% full. But the spice level does not strip on pure medium. Bummer. And the juice was okay. A unique taste that was a mixture of nuts/butter and tango. But not my style. BP is such a good delivery option, and you will even get a free green or black tea during lunchtime!

Yummy Taiwanese hot pots!! #1 stinky hot pot and #3 Korean hot pot are our favorites. It’s a bit too salty for me, but I always ask for more broth to balance the taste. This place is usually packed with a bunch of people, even in wee hours. We came here close to 8 pm and had to wait over 20 minutes. Like their automatic notification system that allows me to input my cell phone into a tablet; it would automatically send a text notification when my table is ready. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been visiting this restaurant for 11 years, and it has never disappointed me! I'm so grateful to have such a fantastic place to go whenever I'm craving something delicious.

Came right after the attempt of the in Hacienda Heights. That's a little better than that. Beautiful surroundings and they add more meat to the dishes.
