Bojangles - Reservar una mesa

This morning, June 2, I went to the drive thru to pick up breakfast. I ordered two butter biscuits, two sausage biscuits and 2 Bo-rounds. Said my total was $11.46. I drove to the pickup window, the cashier said ?you have two sausage egg biscuits, two butter biscuits, two Bo-rounds?. I told her I did not order sausage egg biscuits just plain sausage biscuits. She rudely said the system says you have ?.. just repeated the same. I said no I did not order anything with egg and again she asserted that the same litany ? our system says you ordered ?.. (repeating ?the system says you ordered two sausage egg biscuits, ?.? . She looks back at her screen and says ?that will be $11.46?. I paid and she...

Absolutely the dirtiest Bojangles I have ever seen. Soon as we walk in the door a female employee looks at us and says she is not helping us. The gentleman who did help us was polite but then it was even more downhill after that. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, stuff all over the floors. Then the drink dispenser was overflowing water everywhere, sweet tea dispenser was just empty in the corner. All trash cans were overflowing. No napkins in napkin holders. Next the dining room had a layer of grease on every table, all window seals had dead bugs, food and trash on 1/3 the tables. It literally looks like nobody has cleaned this place in months. Although not rude, the service is always slow. The orders are often wrong, even after 10 minutes waiting. The air conditioning ventilates in the dining room leakage water. The ice machine doesn't work. Deliveries such as napkins, jelly, etc. are not good in stock. Staff don't seem to know what their jobs are. Apparently there is little or bad leadership. The worst part was a cockroache to pay a visit during my last meal, as seen in the attached photo. The staff had once notified fun to record the copy in a dust tub with a broom.

This place is sliding downhill really fast. Last time tried to order a family meal and was told out of chicken. Then tried to order a chicken tender meal . I was totally shocked by the size of tender, it should be called chicken finger. So end up paying 30 bucks but only was able to fill my son's stomach. Will not come back to this place.

STAY AWAY...what a disaster of a place. The assistant manager today was the worst with her terrible attitude and nasty confrontational mouth!!! Wrong food..20 mins for fries, burned buns....UGH never again at this location!!!!!
