Not sure what’s going on with this location and their Apple Pay in the drive thru. Been coming here for 3 years, and before the sign was posted, I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at the window after ordering, get to the window and all I get is a rude “we don’t take Apple Pay at the window”. But they still can take card? It’s the same machine and my card has tap, so not sure the difference. Would’ve been nice to know before I started the order! Please guys train your people to have good customer service, this is the type of antics to lose customers. I will not be back to this location, one person doesn’t matter? Wait until you see a significant difference.
the food was good for the price. the workers looked exhausted, but were still pleasant to do with the business. eating was a bit hotter but better than being cold. a total of a pleasant experiential vegetarian options: no vegetarian options that I sawKid Friendship: very child-friendly, but no space for them to playparking: standard size with decent number of spots. drive thru is an option if the parking is crowded wheelchair accessible: strives to have an appropriate wheelchair access with the immersion in the walk right next to the disabled placedietary restrictions: no nutritional restriction friendly options I saw
1) I did not receive the four biscuits or any of the dipping sauces I had selected.
2) The four pieces of chicken were very small, and the eight chicken tenders were obviously old and not fresh.
3) The receipt on the bag indicated a total of $48.50, which did not include the $5 tip or the $4.99 delivery fee.
4) My order was not reviewed prior to delivery, which is DoorDash's responsibility. However, my credit card statement shows a total of $66.17, which means I was overcharged for poor quality food.
I will not be using DoorDash in the near future.
I visit this location quite often, and I have NEVER experienced any food that was below standard, undercooked, or unappetizing in any way. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially to locals!

The Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit is undoubtedly the best spicy chicken biscuit I've ever had. I also really enjoy the Country Ham Biscuit. I liked them so much that I even ordered some extra for a midnight snack!
This is the best Bojangles in Raleigh. The food is always hot, fresh, and fast. They should pass some knowledge along to the others because this store is the best.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a large fries. While the meal was slightly cold, it was still quite enjoyable.
The food was great especially the 4pc Chicken Supremes Combo, but I got two large teas instead of the Pepsi I ordered.

bojangles always delivers on service and good food for a good price! never a problem at this place.
Store cant seem to get the order right. something is always missing.
