This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach so we visited Bojangles and the reviews talk about how good the food is. I'm not quite sure were to start.... Oh yeah, the food was horrendous, not even worth the money spent the portion sizes are to small the chicken that was ordered drumsticks and thighs I seen bigger pieces on a small Cornish Hen. I've had better mac and cheese from the box of Mac and cheese with the powdered cheese pack. The overall experience was just that an experience. Just goes to show you can't trust every review.
Tried Bojangles for the first time at this location. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. They accidentally put gravy on my potatoes and were kind enough to give me a new side of potatoes. This might be a fast food place, but customer service definitely goes a long way for me! Good place to stop for a quick bite. The lobby area and tables were very clean too.
Manager was told sweet tea was not good and she said she didn't like tea and did nothing to fix the problem. Biscuit bottom was rock hard she asked if I wanted another biscuit I told her I wanted people to make Food the way it should be and not serve the food this way. The manager cannot do her job she will not correct the employees nothing will change until she is gone.
I LOVE Bojangles buttered biscuits! Whoever working there now told my husband to butter them himself and pointed to condiment counter. That's not how a Bojangles buttered biscuit is supposed to be made!! Change the staff- I'm not the only person who thinks this location has a problem.

Jeremiah and his staff were awesome! I am from Ohio and had a big complicated order. He was very kind and fresh cooked everything for us. He offered us a complimentary beverage while we waited. I will definitely spread the good word about thisstore and I will visit there again.
Food is good as always, you get what you pay for. Girl working around 8:30pm on 7/9/22 with sort brown curly hair and nose ring needs to have her attitude reevaluated. I received 2 drinks instead of the one I ordered and she caught an attitude saying Iordered 2.
I absolutely love their biscuits and gravy—definitely the best biscuits I've had! I also often get the Cajun filet biscuit with cheese and egg; it's incredibly tasty and quite filling. I highly recommend it!
This is an excellent place to dine. There have been a few instances when the food didn't quite meet expectations, but overall, it's a fantastic spot. My dog and I visit for breakfast once a week.

The food was quite good, and the service was acceptable. I appreciated the generous seasoning on the fries. The chicken was flavorful as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The food was excellent—both the BO Rounds and fries were hot and fresh. The staff worked efficiently, and Manager Anthony was present overseeing everything.
