We stopped by Bojangles around 2:00 pm on Tuesday, 8/23/22. They mentioned they were draining the fryers, so when I tried to order two meals, I was told they weren’t ready because of that. I asked the staff what was available, and she suggested the Cajun Chicken sandwich combo, which I ordered. My husband chose the 2-piece chicken meal. After a few minutes, the staff informed me the Cajun chicken wasn’t actually available, so I switched to the 2-piece meal as well. Super helpful staff and exceptional service. This was our first time going to a Bojangles, so we weren't sure what to order. As the lobby was closed due to COVID, we had to use the very busy drive thru line and quickly pick something. The very kind woman that spoke with us via the speaker was patient and answered all of our questions. Also, after receiving our order, we noticed we were missing the Bo special sauce we wanted to try, so I walked back into the drive thru line (feeling like a goofball) and went up to the speaker and asker her for the sauce and also some ketchup packets.She told me to just hold on a second, and she came out the back door to hand me the items. This was my third visit to Bojangles, and once again, I couldn't finish my meal. The chicken breading felt like eating particle board, and the potatoes were unpleasantly mushy. On the bright side, the green beans were quite good, and the biscuit was delicious. I ordered the same meal each time, and all three visits were consistently disappointing. The only reason I might return is for a bag of biscuits. The counter service was friendly and polite, and they got my order right, which is uncommon for fast food. The restaurant was clean as well.
Came around 11:30 on 12/6/21 ordered 2 cajun filled biscuits, sausage biscuit and a steak biscuit, french fries and bo rounds, biscuits were all hard and crunchy and the cajun chicken, sausage and the steak on them was dry and over cooked, french fries were old and bo rounds were soggy. Very disappointing experience, will not be returning to this location.

they are never open in the time in the morning if they can not open at 5:30 a.m. daily then please change the time on the website. I'm here several times in the morning 6:30 or later and they're not even a single light! change their website or open it when it says it's all I say. the food good, but is why I come so often
The food is so good here! Looking for a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner, then you have came to the right place! Plus you can order breakfast any time of the day! I have never been disappointed with the service or food! The staff is very friendly too! I recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal. The sandwich was good as well as the Bo-Taters. The iced tea was ok, but at least they had fresh cut lemons. I also liked the Bo-Berry biscuits.Parking: Plenty of parking including an adjacent lot big enough for CMVs.
First time eating their on the way back to ky.i ate the chicken sandwich it was good I'm glad it wasn't dripping with oil like most I here mine was a good dry chicken sandwich lill spicy not bad hot just right

the first time to eat here. I have the four pieces. the chicken was good, but the fries were too salty and the keks was blanching. I'm not going back.
Best chicken biscuit I have ever had! Fries and tea are delicious too!
