Been a Bo's fan forever but today's experience was surprising and disappointing.Did Bo change their chicken recipe? Ordered 2pc white, chicken was extra crunchy kinda like KFC, did not care for it one bit.If this is their new recipe, I will no longer be a patron and that will be sad.Shelbyville, KY store.

My favorite stop on the way to louisville, now had the dining room closed. Had to beg for ketchup, and when I asked for hot sauce, the lady with no smile closed the window on me. Guess my kids and I will have to find a new favorite spot

The ladies here are always super friendly and professional. I visit this location about twice a month and I've never been disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh.

Food was so hot and fresh! Customer service was great, nobody in the drive thru line. Fast service!
