Bojangles - Reservar una mesa

I stopped in about 1 PM local time and knew they were going to be busy. The line of cars wrapped around the building and the lot was about half full. As I entered, there were a number of people waiting in line. I hoped that the staff would be able to attend to everyone. I watched as the manager directed the show and helped to get the food packaged and presented. She was awesome. It took about 1 minute to get to my order and about 1 more minute to get my food. The staff was cranking out fries chicken at breakneck speed and it was done perfectly. The coating was crispy and spicy, the meat was cooked perfectly-not under/over done and not greasy. The mac-n-cheese was creamy and well flavored. The beans were spicy, but not overpowering. I was pleased with the entire staff as they were dealing with an onslaught of customers in a timely and professional manner. As far as cleanliness goes, the lot was neat and free of litter, the lobby was very clean and all available tables had been cleared. The restroom was clean and stocked with soap and real paper towels. I hate automatic hand dryers.

20220721 Stopped by today to get my pups more chicken. The same young lady was at the drive thru. She's very nice and checked to make sure both orders are dark meat. I ordered 2 3-piece dark meat today, because my chunky pup ate all 3 pieces last night leaving none for my slender pup. Today, they are too tired to eat. I had a drumstick and it was delicious. I really like the string beans with fried onion on top. I have eaten at Bojangles in NC, SC, and VA, and dint remember the green beans being this good!! The Mac and cheese is expected... yummy! 20220720 My dogs approved! I always pick up Bojangles for my dogs whenever I'm near one. So happy to see Bojangles in KY!! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. I ordered 3 piece dark meat, and I asked that she double check the chicken in the box to make sure it's dark meat because my dogs won't eat white meat. I didn't want to risk finding out they gave me the wrong chicken when I get back to the hotel. She was so nice to check, and one of my pups ate both pieces of thighs and the leg. I had the sides as always.

Extremely bad experience on service. The drive thru charged my card for $19.48. The total at ordering was $8.46 for a three piece with two sides. The girl was confused and tried to give me two drinks I never ordered. the manager offered no assistance. I received no receipt as well. I also only received one side. My card is still charged for the $19.48. I respectively ask the owner of the franchise to address this. Observing other bad reviews the owner never replies.

Wow! It's been a while since I've had fried chicken. It was tasty, savory, and hot. It really hit the spot. I did the walk-up for service and after I placed my order I had two ladies that asked me if I'd been waited on. All was well, but really appreciate them making sure.

My first time eating at a Bojangles. So glad to experience what everyone had been talking about. Best chicken strips I've had in a long time. Clean, staff very Friendly. Overall a great experience
