The basic is there drive thru and the communication tells it all. It's simple things that make the walk in customers feel just as appreciated as the drive thru patrons. they've been here long enough to figure it out or at this point they seem to feel they hold the monopoly and this place can't improve either way from a customers point of view, we've got to figure it out. The place is clean which in this area is an awesome challenge, but when you are here for more than a few minutes which will take that long or even longer for your order you'll see. Went thru drive thru at 9am thus morning, sat for 15 minutes no one took order. Went to drive thru window the young lady says what are you having I said Good Morning, again she says What are you having , this time with much attitude and rudeness. I simply pulled off if you speak to a dog he 'll wag his tail. Meaning even dogs will speak. Customer service goes a long way with me when I 'm spending my HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
First timer. Ordered the Cajun Chicken Filet. The fries were great- I love seasoned fries. They taste unique so it?s not a copy cat if other stores. The biscuit on the sandwich is harder than I like, but the filet is a good size for the price. It?s seasoned well. I love how the sauce pack is as big as your palm. Also, shoot out to Sherry(? , for making my first time visit a positive experience. Great consumer service!

HORRIBLE!! Spent $50 on door dash just to receive the wrong order . Done purposely!! EVERYTIME you got there at night they claim there is no chicken . You can see how dirty the store is from the drive thru window . I don?t even know why I bother. Thank God I was refunded through door dash because getting the staff to answer the phone is to much to ask!!

Do not waste your time coming here. All of the employees were eating the food behind the counter, and had the nerve to serve cold food to the customers. How does that happen? This location has no reason to exist. If I could give this location no stars I would.

All locations of this restaurant have permanently closed due to filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Unfortunately, you can no longer enjoy their delicious dirty rice.
