First time we arrived at 8:00pm and the place was empty. The manager told us the dining room was closed even though the door and online said they stayed open until 10. She allowed us to sit down and eat anyways but we were uncomfortable as we felt as thoughwe were holding them up. The whole line was broke down and the food was meh. I thought?.. well every restaurant has an off dayso we went back to grab my son an early dinner late lunch and went through the drive through. Atrocious. Dining room closed. We waited in line 30 minutes. Sat at the drive up several minutes before we were even asked for our order. And then sat several more there, as the line was not moving. No greeting, apologies or explanation to the extremeslow service. Was handed my Luke warm black coffee . (after I was asked if I needed cream and sugar). We had to flag someonedown at the window...who was very annoyed... to ask for Sugar and creamer...they handed us not what was requested also with nostirring stick or spoon provided. Our biscuit was very flat, not to Bojangles standards, the Bo Rounds were dripping withgrease. We were so disappointed. Do better my friends, do better.
Food was hot, cashier was amazing. Though many will not pay it any attention, all nozzles were off of the drink machines and tea dispensers. They were being cleaned and prepared to be put back on. Being in the medical field thus was very refreshing. So muchbacteria lives on these.
