Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I stopped by for a biscuit this morning; even though the hours were posted stating that the dining room was open, the doors were locked. When I went through the drive through, I told them what had happened to me and several other customers. I suggested they put a sign on the door to prevent customers from yanking on them, and I was told they can yank for all I care. I politely asked why Bojangles felt the need to be so unfriendly to customers; however, the drive through window was slammed shut before I could finish my sentence. I had to drive to this location bc the other one was completely out of chicken. This store had a long line stretching into the other businesses parking lot. I wasn't in line longer than 20minutes. I ordered 6 wings. The staff said she was ringing up two 3wing and biscuit meals... I said that's not what I ordered... and she wrung me up for 6 individual chickenwings as requested. My 6 wings was over 13.00... I asked her why it was so much and she said they were 1.99 each piece... I am from a town in VA 3hours away and chicken wings are only 1.39 a wing. Also... when she gave me my receipt it said GrubHub on it... I have never seen a receipt like that before and I attached a photo as proof. 3 S...

Where do I start?? Delicious food that is served hot every visit. I never get an attitude from the employees here like at some other places. EVERY SINGLE TIME (TY Roman 4/2/22) I walk in I get greeted with a smile.

I love going to this place. The food is always fresh and hot. The people who work there are great. I always bypass other bojangles just to go to this because of the great service. I just can't stay away.

This place has good tasting chicken, but I'm not one that can eat spicy hot stuff anymore. Other than that the chicken is good.
