I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Kiya provided exceptional service - she was patient, professional, and courteous. Her beautiful spirit and big smile truly impressed me. I complimented her professionalism to her manager, as she is a valuable asset to have working with the public. The food was made to order, fresh, and delicious. Although I don't eat fast food often, I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. I highly recommend this restaurant.
You gotta try Bojangles. Their biscuits are amazing, try the sweet ones the taste of wild blueberries burst through. Their breakfasts are excellent, the chicken is awesome and even the coffee wasn 't bad...and I roast my own! Lol. Everyone there, even the customers were super friendly and cordial. So appreciative of that!!!
I don't eat here often and didn't know q drink didn't come with the meal. When I asked for my cup, the manager informed me it was separate. He must have seen me getting upset about not having a drink with my food and he gave me a small drink for free! Excellent customer service!

Great staff during my visit. They actually seemed to care about my experience which is rare these days. The only knock on Bojangles….THEY DON’T HAVE COKE PRODUCTS!!!! I so wanted a diet Coke w my breakfast but had to settle for tea.
I got the Supreme chicken tender combo. The chicken is small so they gave me 5 tenders instead of the titled 4. Not sure if it was supposed to come with a biscuit as well but I asked for fries. Drive thru was quick and friendly.
They still have great biscuits, but whatever they doing with that fried chicken is not good ! They either not changing the grease they fry it end or they're batter has been changed, something not right !
We went on Sunday at 5:30. No biscuits, no wings, no legs. I don't know if it was a supply issue or they didn't want to cook more 4 or 5 hours before closing. The chicken we settled for was good. Reserva una mesa ahora
Even when they're short staffed the customer service they give here is warm am welcoming the food is always hot and fresh good.
