This location is beyond terrible,.you place your order at the drive thru . Opening the bag is like opening a box of chocolates, You never know who's order your receiving,and the managers , Don't even care, and there attitudes says it all.If you like to have your food replaced over and over for free, Please visit this location.but your order still will not be right.I wish anyone that chooses to try this location ,, GOOD LUCK,,, Because that's what your gonna need to get your order right. Wife went last Thursday just for some Dirty rice to take to church function. This is at 5:45 pm. They informed her they were out and would be 20 minutes to wait. Again last night (Monday) I went thru drive thru around 6 pm to get some chicken. First off the prices for a 2 piece is almost $9, ridiculous! And when I asked for Dirty rice was responded they were out AGAIN. At which I told them to just forget it and forget my business going forward.

We are from Cincinnati Ohio and we are driving through coming back from vacation, we decided to stop here and I'm so glad we did!! They did ring in our order wrong on accident and they were very nice and fixed it without being rude! The food was amazing, it seriously taste like a home cooked meal!! Will definitely stop in any time I'm near a location! I would be thrilled if we had one of these in Cincinnati, it would be a big hit!!

Every time I have came to this Bojangles the service has been awesome! I don't know about any other time of the day seeing I have only come for lunch but it is always so fast, nice employees, honestly the best ran fast food restaurant I have seen since I was young and good service was the normal. Food was salty and rounds were cold. The young lady who handed me the food was barely polite and very uninterested.
