Very very disappointed! In this college rd location. My husband went to the bathroom while I attempted to order. A female said she 'd be with me in a minute.. 10 went by meanwhile, my husband came from the bathroom in a hurry saying that guy in the red knit cap "didn 't wash his hands and went back in the food service area, we hope there 's a sink in the back we couldn 't see because he went to working in the drive thru... Uck!!!! We stood observing, 6 more minutes again a female said she would be with us.. more time passed so we left the establishment. Also there was absolutely no food prepared on the serving bar , there were 3 cars sitting at the drive thru waiting on food. 3 guys before u...

First time trying here and will be last. Started out with AI taking my order, don't bother asking questions because you don't get a response. Then employees running around with straws in their mouth and airpods in their ears. All the food is thrown in a box including sauces and utensils so people touch all those items and then throw it kn your food and I didn't see anyone wearing gloves. Frys were saltier than the ocean water. And when I asked about Bo sauce was told it was ranch which was definitely not even close as it's a zesty sauce. Would never recommend.

The service was horrible , with excruciating waiting times for food. Not only did they manage to mess up the order, but the floor was also littered with fry seasoning, which I wanted for my fries, but after seeing it on the floor I didn’t want any. They reflected a complete lack of hygiene and attention to detail. Overall, it was a disappointing and unsanitary dining experience.

One star is kind. The service here was terrible! My order was totally messed up. One guy doing cash register and serving. People waiting too long for FAST food. Ridiculous. Very ugly service, there’s no plates, no cups and the chicken was so crunchy, like been made 3 days before. All the black peoples so nasty, they was in the phone and then touched the food without gloves. I was so mad and I already call to my bank for refund my money.

Young energetic crew. The food was hot and fresh. The manager on duty (Terrell) let us know it would be a small wait. They were extremely busy. While we had to wait, it wasn't that long of a wait, and the food was deliciously hot

The worst Bojangles ever, If you love Bojangles and know how they treat people this place isn’t for you. I love Bojangles and it’s my favorite fast food, but this one doesn’t hold the same standard as any place else
