What a wonderful place with health conscious food. Bolay exceeded my expectations with their modern relaxed atmosphere and great food. You can either make your own bowl or choose a signature dish. The service here is cooperative and made our food very quickly.The bowls here are out of this world! I got the Thai Shrimp Bowl, and it was spicy! The noodles, sweet potatoes, and sauce worked harmoniously to create a delicious meal. I tried other bowls and they all tasted as good as mine. Overall, would definitely recommend Bolay!

This was our first time trying this place. It was pretty good. The steak was so tender and flavorful. I will definitely try this place again. Seemed to be pretty popular.
