Dj is an amazing owner! What this place did for the Wildfire evacuees was simply amazing. My wife and I and our 3 kids went in on numerous occasions since being evacuated. I absolutely love pasta with a red sauce. However....being allergic to onions, has made it virtually impossible to indulge in that treat for me. When we went to Bold, the owner said..."No Problem" and he not only whipped me up a red sauce that was onion free....he even made an eXtra batch so that we could return and enjoy it again and again. His pasta was the best I had ever tasted. My wife had the incredible chicken parm. It was a very generous portion. Our kids had pizza and we topped off our night with......without a do...
My Brother-in-Law lives in Kamloops and we were visiting from Calgary. He wanted us to try this pizza place that he raved about.He knows I'm a pizza aficionado (I'm originally from Regina) and wanted my take on this place.This is a thin crust pizza nicely baked with a proper amount of toppings.Taste wise, it was fantastic.I just had my usual ham mushroom and sausage which hit the mark.There was some pizza's left over from my in-laws and it was surprisingly delicious the next day as well.Service was great, decor was nice and I'd highly recommend it if you're in Kamloops
To be clear this is a sit down restaurant but we had our 4 year old granddaughter with us so take out it was. Service was friendly and pretty good although a little disorganized. The cooking regimen was spot on though and the pies were really well cooked in the wood oven. Food wise I found the Napoli Nights pizza uninspired but had the exact opposite opinion of the Prosciutto Arugula pizza. Very creative and very good. Also really liked the side of Brussels sprouts. Would definitely do it again. I'd try sit down.
In my opinion, there is nothing better than authentic thin-crust pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. If that is your preference, then Bold Pizzas in Kamloops, BC is definitely the place to go. We tried a pizza with a white base and one with a tomato base, both were delicious and I would definitely go back again. The prices were reasonable and on Tuesday nights, your second pizza is half price. Just be aware that the restaurant is a bit difficult to find as it is tucked away in a larger shopping center.

I saw the review of this place and thought i would give it a try. we ordered the Meatlovers pizza and lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps had NO flavor, there was a little sweet sauce, but very bland and for $9.00 i got 4 piece of Romaine Lettuce and hardly enough to fill 2 pieces of Romaine. The pizza was ok, but i would not go back. There was a special on the Pizzas, but it was noted on a very small sign and no one told us about it and i only noticed it after the order was well on it way.
We had the smoked salmon pizza and the Blaze pizza and they were both delicious! The service provided to us by Desiree was very nice and she made great recommendations and ensured that we were happy with our choices. We definitely would go back for pizza again!! Thank you for the great pizza, service and experience!
We stopped by Kamloops to visit friends last year and decided to check out this place. The service was good and our pizza was delicious! We will definitely come back next time.
Pizza with a twist. Not the regular stuff but original toppings and very tasty. Friendly staff. Good prices.
