I surprised my lovely wife with lunch at Bolero for her birthday and the Bolero team delighted her with a great dessert surprise. Thank you very much again for this great unexpected surprise, it was really successful and we were both very happy, and by the way the service was extremely friendly, attentive and perfect. The food was freshly prepared from A to Z, seasoned with love and served with joy and we enjoyed every bite. Even though we don't live in the region, we will definitely come by again. Considering the price in Switzerland, I won't talk about the price. The paella was delicious and the steak was good, but I recommend medium rare rather than medium. It seems that when Switzerland asks for medium, it is usually well done.

We have been several times to the Bolero Restaurant last night, one of many. The food was excellent, the wine was also excellent and the waiters were always very kind and smiling despite the large amount of work.
Spanish food eaten in Switzerland... the octopus was really delicious... I think you have to ask for a little salt in the paella to suit Korean tastes. If you just order it, it's too salty.
