Bolero Schwerin Gastro Gmbh

Went here on a Saturday night before Christmas (2016), predictably it was crowded and noisy but not in an off putting way. Service a bit slow due to the circumstances. If you're in the mood for some drinks and simple tex mex dishes, definitely give this one a try. If you want a calm dinner in a cozy setting... well you get my point. I have to mention their very special gluhwein caipirinha style which was a real winner! Not sure if they served it inside the restaurant though, maybe it was reserved for their Weihnachtsmarkt stall on the street.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get our drinks on a midweek evening The food arrived quicker and was delicious. The best fries! I had a very good burger and my husband loved his fajitas It was so good that we went back the following night and both ordered burgers and fries! Good people watching spot if you sit outside but you have to put up with so many people smoking

Bolero is an Italian style restaurant where heavy German dishes accompany pasta and pizzas on the menu. The terrace is a pretty nice inner yard. The pizzas were smallish and the toppings pretty normal. Once you get seated by the head waitress the service is fluent and friendly. The customers seem to think it is a finer restaurant than it is?

I have travelled through Europe and have never gone into such an unwelcoming restaurant. Staff were so miserable rude and really unhelpful. Food wasn’t much better. I recommend that you do not waste your time going here.

Fantastic homemade Mexican-inspired food, lovely atmosphere and apparently very popular. The staff was nice and friendly too. We would love to come back!
