However, it’s the beers that truly take center stage. We can’t praise them enough; every sip gave us the same thrill as if the Mets were on a World Series run. Bolero is such a fun place to spend an afternoon. Their beers are so creative and different than anything you’ll have anywhere else. My only thing is I wish they had more GF options. I used to love their seltzers but more recently the options they had were too sweet. They are constantly changing their options so maybe they’ll bring the old ones back. Go spend an afternoon here, it’s great!

All the bartenders I've interacted with at this wonderful establishment have been friendly and attentive. Tonight, we were served by Jose, a great guy with excellent recommendations. I usually order the Sour Pasture, but I highly recommend trying the "Flight of the Moonicorn"—it tastes fantastic!

Where have I been? We live 2 miles away and just discovered this place. Montana and Jose were great and the entire experience was top notch. My only issue is I love it so much I will probably be back much more than I probably should be. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our favorite brewery. So many great flavors and there’s always something new to try. The staff is amazing and is always super friendly, especially Jose and Montana. We always have the best time at Bolero. It’s a great place hang out.

John and Jose were fantastic hosts. They were very welcoming and excited to discuss the beers on tap. I've visited a few times and will definitely keep coming back for the unique brews and the incredibly friendly staff.

I love the beer at Bolero. Very friendly staff, love coming in on Sundays to see my girls Jessica and Montana they are amazing, professional and friendly. Keep up the good work!
