The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. My wife and I enjoyed a medium shrimp curry, a spicy goat curry, a spicy chicken Tikka Saag, and Naan. The level of spiciness was just right. The Naan was warm, fluffy, and tasty. The staff were polite, although a bit quiet. If you're unsure about what to order, don't hesitate to ask for their recommendations. The restaurant was not very busy, likely due to COVID restrictions, but that worked out well for us. The only downside was the TV in the dining area, which was distracting. It would be better to have music playing instead to create a more pleasant ambiance. Despite this, the food was so delicious that we will definitely be returning....
the restaurant smells amazing when we opened our car doors. we went in and there was no standing. confident we waited to sit from the door. a brisk through the restaurant from the open rear door. a woman soon approached and sat down, she brought us water and took our order immediately. during our experience here she was very friendly, helpful and polite. we waited for our food about twenty minutes. that waited was worth it. our food was fragrant and delicious, and the portions were generous. I had the herbal corma with garlic naan and my friend had the mother mushroom with bombay naan. overall a pleasant experience. Went here for dinner with a large group. The ambience is good. Food is great apart from the Soups. So avoid ordering soups(1 star less because of this). Loved both the vegetarian and nonvegeterian main courses. Apart from that felt the place is little short staffed. However the only staff present there, was very nice, friendly and explained everything what we asked for. I heard the buffet is good, We will visit here for the buffet soon and will update the review accordingly.
We have ordered them quite often in recent years, usually take and they have never failed to fulfill the exceptional quality service. It's sometimes hard to keep them over the phone, but for many reasons, this can be especially busy with din-in-guests. bombay has a few veggie dishes, so we're going there a little bit. the it is really hard to find veg food in alabama, so we take everything we can get. there are only a few places we can eat in the city, and bombay is one of the best. but if we lived in chicago, I would probably never go there.
I ordered online for pickup and only waited 10 minutes for it once I got there. It was fresh and still hot. Ordered Chicken Curry, Lamb Tikki Masala, Garlic Naan and Dal Makhani. It was all delicious and the staff was very gracious. Definitely a go-to when you're in the mood for Indian food.
