Regular customers of the previous table, we had to test the new owner's card! A card that plays on the simplicity of titles, while putting on promises of escape: salmon tataki with sesame, cod with red curry emulsion, turbot with wasabi pesto... 3 entries, 4 courses, 3 desserts, which allowed us to almost test everything. Inputs are fine and delicate, despite a slight lack of seasoning especially regarding the tartar that would gain to be more acidic. On the dishes, special mention for the beef fillet, served generously and accompanied by a sauce rich in flavors. Fish sauces struggle to express the promise of exotic flavors, certainly afraid to disturb the palate less accustomed to spices......

The dishes on the internet page are not representative of what is proposed and served. I was disappointed by the small choice despite a fairly high price. Not enough choice in vegetables that accompany dishes. The very pretty waitress.
