I got to this restraunt roughly around 8PM and ordered 4 pieces of drumsticks, 8 pieces of chicken strips, fries and it took exactly 1 hour when the workers told me it would take 20 minutes. Not once did the worker check in with me. I had to ask him several times to check if the food was ready due to him telling me it would only take 20 minutes. Instead the work was too busy counting tips when the restaurant itself still had time till closing. I got my food an hour late and it was cold. This is horrible customer service and I will never come back here again.
Choose Korean fried chicken for dinner. Ordered fried chicken half half. Half soy sauce and half spicy. Also ordered tteokbokki. Tteokbokki was spicy. Quality and the taste of the food was good. At the time of visit the store wasn’t busy and was able to get the sit right away. The quality of service was good. Didn’t had bad experience and would visit again. Parking: Open parking lot but may have to wait to find open spot. Service: Dine in
I ordered the medium combo of 8 wings and 4 drums plus soy garlic dumplings. For the chicken pieces, I ordered soy garlic and spicy. My dad loved the spicy, I didn't it burned my mouth too much. It did have flavor though but the burn was too much. I ate all of the soy garlic it was soooo good! It tasted like the discontinued Asian BBQ wings from Yoshinoya. I want to come back and try the other flavors. Service: Take out
I get cravings for this place every now and then. It takes some time to get your food, especially if you order to go, but every time the food arrives I remember why I come here... the chicken is absolutely delicious! My biggest gripe is they don't have sauce! Why?! Why not dish out some of that sweet goodness? I don't get it. They need to have their house special sauce readily available because it's so good!
I just ordered an 8 piece tenders and the chicken was undercooked and partially raw. Not one piece was crispy in any way. This is not the first time this happened, but this is the most undercooked chicken I've ever received from them. This location used to be amazing a few years ago, but now it's a health hazard. Maybe the other locations are better, but stay away from this one.
