The food at this restaurant was delectable, while the drinks were satisfactory. The service initially began well when we were seated in the bar area, but our waiter disappeared for a long period of time. My meal was served with the wrong fish, which I enjoyed while waiting for the correct one to arrive. My friend and I had already finished our meals by the time the right fish was brought to the table, so I ended up taking the leftover duck home, which was just as delicious the next day. I would recommend checking the Gratuity Guide provided on the bottom of the bill, with options for 15%, 18%, and 20%. Despite leaving a true 20% tip, the calculated gratuity was lower than expected.
Came here with my family. Very clean and following COVID-19 protocols. The servers were polite and prompt. Drinks from the bar were a little slow. Family friendly formal dining atmosphere was is part of the appeal as you step toward the front doors. There is a rotating door and a handicap entrance as well as handicap parking.The bang bang shrimp and sushimi were delicious appetizers. Huge selection of fish and filets. The food was phenomenal and they had a large array of spirits to choose from. Overall extremely happy with our experience and would greatly recommend this place for a party of two to a party of 20.
I have usually enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but I have two consistent complaints. Firstly, they use paprika in too many dishes. Most high-quality restaurants that focus on atmosphere do not feel the need to rely on paprika in every dish. I ordered the Ahi Poke and noticed a strong presence of paprika, which left me feeling disappointed. Secondly, the food is simply not worth the price. I have been here multiple times and I always end up feeling like it should be better for the cost. Many people seem to be satisfied with the restaurant, so maybe it's just the paprika that doesn't sit well with me.
I had heard bonefish grill was a nice restaurant. I was SORELY mistaken. It looked like a nice enough place. Looks can be deceiving. After dining at this restaurant with my girlfriend for the very first time, we were disappointed to have received an old, near expired, beverage, and upset to finally, after over 30 minutes of waiting for our meal after our order was taken, receive dry fish and beef entrees (one of which gave her food poisoning). I will never eat here again. Don’t be lured in by the low prices for steak and other dishes. You may just end up paying for more than you bargained for.

Food was what you expect from a place like this, ok. But from start to finish the staff was rude at worst and simply aloof at best. Some middle aged guy wearing a blue button up that was way too tight was the absolute rudest individual I have had the displeasure of doing business with ever. Seemed like he was angry at the world for no reason. Will not be going back. Overheard him bad mouthing customers. Not professional at all. Food gets a 3 star that guy gets a zero star and everything is good law a one.
I used to go to this Bonefish all the time, but it's really gone down hill my last few experiences. I got the stuffed flounder to go, my favorite, and the fish was spoiled, it smelled and tasted foul. I obviously didn't eat it and got refunded. My most recent 2 visits my food was bland as can be, and overcooked! At this point, they must have gotten new chefs, the quality is poor and the food is tasteless. I've had my last meal at this location.
This is my second time coming here with my family. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are really good AND really good price so that?s a plus. The staff is nice and the environment is quiet. My only complaint is that the portions are very small for the price you pay. Would like a little more because it isn?t so filling.

My husband picked up takeout from this restaurant and everything was perfect! I absolutely loved the bang bang shrimp and the Creole pasta dish with artichokes. It was all delicious. The sides were also amazing, especially the creamed spinach. We will definitely be returning.
I love this place. Happy hour for drinks! I spilled a glass of wine and martini and bartender refilled it with no question! Food is very tasty. Great place for family dinner and a date!
