Disappointed Hadn't been in maybe a year for sit down, heard it went downhill and they tended to only cater to regulars but enjoyed the food prior so wanted to see for ourselves. Sat for at least 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from a server, not even water! Granted it was a Saturday night but it was 8pm and not a packed house. Watched the server close out everyone around us, bring take out containers, not even a glance at us. Ended up going to Archie's and within 20 minutes we were eating. Couldn't attest to the food since we weren't offered any, but at least the music selection was great
The food was outstanding. The fish and chips were light, sweet, crispy, and truly delightful. The Californian chicken bacon croissant featured tender, flavorful chicken with a nice crunch. The fries were hot and served with malt vinegar, which was a great touch. However, we had an issue with the S’mores dessert, which was served cold instead of hot as it should have been. When we brought this to the server's attention, there was no response or action taken. While the service could use some improvement, the quality of the food was exceptional.
I've visited Bonfire multiple times, and each experience has been wonderful. I typically sit at the bar, where the staff is very friendly and the customer service is outstanding. My favorite dishes to order are the shells, chips with salsa, and the chicken capsule sandwich. I'm not quite sure what they put in the salsa, but I always make sure to take home any leftovers because it's so delicious! If you're in Milford and looking for a relaxed and friendly spot to grab a bite or a drink, I highly recommend Bonfire.
The staff were really friendly, but we ordered some shells and two burgers, and everything was served at once right after it was prepared. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste very fresh. I really dislike saying this, but it's the truth. If they had taken more time to prepare the meals fresh, it could have easily been a 5-star experience.

We had an excellent experience with both the food and service. We started with the onion ring appetizer, which was cooked to perfection. For our main course, we enjoyed the twin lobster rolls and a dozen wings. Everything was delicious, and our bartender, Tammy, was attentive and made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely return!
Delicious food, good portions, quick service and decent price menu. It has a full bar and seating outside and inside. Really close to the beach and not far from the highway. Recommend the Filet mignon Sandwich. It is very tasty and the meat is really tender.

I won’t be returning. I ordered a medium-well burger but received it rare. I couldn't eat the grilled chicken sandwich either because it was too tough. I can't comment on the service or ambiance since I used a delivery service.
