Hi! I just want to show my appreciation for one of the workers named Leah, I go in frequently to get cookies and ice cream, and every time I go in and see her I always have a blast! She’s always so nice, and she even did my uncles birthday cookie cake and it was even better than what I was expecting! She’s an awesome person to talk to as well, I found out we’re both from Washington! Whenever you go in, definitely ask for Leah and give her some love!
I gave this restaurant a rating of 3 because the cookies were good, but I had concerns about the employee working on Thursday at 5:50 PM on 07/14/21. It seemed like they may not have been fully committed to their job. Additionally, there were no cookies available from 5:50 to 7:50 PM, only 10 minutes before the shopping center closed, more cookies were finally brought out. This situation was not handled well and was disappointing.
I have always been skeptical about delivered cookie I always thought that homemade were the best till now. These are by far the best delivered cookies I have ever had. Very close to having a homemade cookie. Very impressed also with the packing. Looks just like I was getting a very expensive present but no just some delicious cookies. I will definitely order again. Keep up the good work!
These are the best cookies I've ever tried! Anne was amazing! The restaurant was about to close and I had been trying to come for weeks but always arrived too late to get the cookies I wanted. Anne graciously turned on the oven again and made me a full pan of cookies. I was so grateful for her kindness! She was lovely and entertaining as she cooked. I absolutely adored her! My family stop by and bought ice cream. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt, the waffle cones were so hard and old you couldn’t eat them. It wasn’t even edible.
Super easy and smooth experience to place an order! Loved the cake, presentation and taste were 5/5, they even paid attention to my detailed requests!
The service provided by the employees on 1/17/22 was absolutely terrible. I will not be purchasing anything from that restaurant again.
