English below... Defintiv eines der besten asiatischen Restaurants in denen ich bis jetzt war. Der Preis ist leider auch entsprechend gehoben. Jedoch lohnt es sich, sich dort für besondere Anlässe einmal etwas zu gönnen. Bisher war ich mit jeden Gericht das ich dort gegessen habe, wunschlos glücklich. Empfehlen kann ich die Ramensuppe, welche jedoch recht scharf ist Definitely one of the best asian restaurants i've been to. The prices are rather steep, but it's worth the cost and for a special occasion i often treat myself with some good sushi or dish. I can recommend the ramen soup, which is rather spicy, but at least as tasty aswell
the quality has left in my eyes (in my mouth)? strongly, especially in sushi. And now the price-performance ratio is no longer true at all! my partner took fried duck with sweet, with a small peel rice for over 20 euro. ??? service was nice, but somehow seemed unconvinced. the atmosphere has suffered, as some families with small children were also there and our table was so placed that I had to look outside on the busy road.
Sehr leckeres, authentisches Sushi -zum vor Ort verzehren oder Takeaway. Ich kann den Mittagstisch nur empfehlen. Neben leckerem, frischem Sushi gibt es ein ebenfalls leckeres Süppchen, einen kleinen Salat und eine kleine Tasse Tee. Alles frisch lecker und schön angerichtet.

We enjoyed our visit to Bonsai Sushi Bar. We booked a table which is recommended. It is a small place and not all “overflow” tables are that romantic (next to toilets). The food is excellent. Great sushi and sashimi. Portions are good. Good service.
Das Bonsai ist für mich das beste Sushi-Lokal in Innsbruck. Toller Service, sensationelle Gerichte (frisch! und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Das spricht auch mich als Gelegenheits-Sushi-Esser definitiv an. Immer wieder gerne! :
Sushi Platten kann man nur empfehlen! Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Ambiente und leckeres frisches Sushi. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und die Preise sind auf jeden Fall angemessen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Sushi wird im Open-Kitchen-Style frisch zubereitet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Personal war ebenfalls freundlich. Haben für 3x 8 Shushi und 4 Getränke ca. 50€ gezahlt.

I really love sushi. The best I've ever tried was in Norway. Here in Innsbruck, there is no so many Asian food options. But this one is not bad. I would recommend it.
Essen war herausragend. Insbesondere das Sushi war genial. Aber auch Vor- und Nachspeise haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Cooler Laden, super Service!
