Most of the time I come here the burgers are made exactly to specification. I love the bookmaker burger. The fries are golden, medium sized, crispy outside soft inside. I would give the food a 5 but there have been 2 times that the burgers are way over cooked, I like rare to medium rare. I have found when we go during the busy hours this is when it happens and the wait time is ridiculous. The last time we went when it was busy, we waited 50 minutes for our burgers and there was no apology or acknowledgment about this wait time nor any effort to ammend this. Cool burger place. Great menu. Plenty of choices for burgers and sandwiches. Good size burgers. I had to help my wife finish her Green Chile burger. Always love the option of tater tots with my burger. Only complaint is the the actual burger needed a little more flavor. Pretty plain taste. Good thing there were toppings on the burger to give it some well needed flavor.
I like this place, it's good to eat. prices are above average, expected. $22 for a burger w/ salat and fritten added. the service is very good and the people are nice. also the choices, what to drink is good. However, $37 for 3 local vodkas on the rocks are more than a few dollars extra. $62 a little strange about drinking money for a person is quite spending.
