We visited based on the reviews the restaurant had been receiving. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cheese balls were very good, but the rest of the food wasn't very flavorful. It was pretty flavorless. The sauce for the Mac and cheese was pretty runny. The chili had good ingredients and lot of meat but had no uummph. The pulled pork that everyone raves about had no flavor on its own like good BBQ meats should. We did come around 730 on a Saturday, and got the last of the chili and pork but that shouldn't be a reason for it to have no flavor what so ever.

Great food with laid back bar and grill atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. We had the homemade onion rings and jack cheese balls. Onion rings were made with their homemade beer batter with nice big rings. Very good. The cheese balls were made fresh and you could tell. Best I have ever had. I had the Mississippi po boy. Shredded brisket with banana peppers and provolone. Great flavor. Brisket chili was also good. Definitely will make a return visit.

I recently discovered this hidden gem for lunch and was extremely impressed by the welcoming staff and delicious food. I ended up dining here four times in July and tried a variety of dishes including the grilled cheese with brisket and pepper jack cheese ball, pulled pork sandwich with fries, southwestern chicken wrap, and fried pickles. The prices were very reasonable for the generous portions served. It's disappointing to hear that they are rumored to close at the end of July.

went the first time tonight and omg the cheese curds are amazing!! good sized portions also. we've never had hand breaded like that before. we'll definitely be going back to try more things on the menu and probably even making special trips over there just for the cheese curds ? Brisket sandwich and fries were very average tasting. The fries had almost no salt, and no to go packets were in my bag. The brisket did taste rubbed with a very light smokey flavor. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I went to dinner with some friends and we all ordered the pulled pork and fries, which we absolutely loved! Both drinks and dinner for my partner and I only cost $26, which we thought was a great price. We will definitely be returning!

The meal at this restaurant was excellent and the service was great. The hostess/waitress/bartender was very friendly and explained the meal choices well. Even though we didn't use the bar services, it was a full-service option.
