I came very close to rating a 3 just because I did not care for the food. However, given that the place was so clean and the staff was so incredibly sweet and nice, I would not have felt right. The burger is better than Five Guys. The shake is the best there is. The fries should be turned over to FEMA and handled as a National Disaster! This is the third time I have gone here and every time they taste like a pile of Italian trash. My partner ordered a burger during our first visit and then a cheese steak a few days later. Just a heads up—expect to wait a while for your meal, similar to being at a Steak 'n Shake at 2 AM; both times we waited over 30 minutes. But let me tell you, the burgers are outstanding, and their fries are spot on. For those traveling in a van, it's a short drive from a decent laundromat.
I keep giving this place another chance. The food is pretty good. I love that I can eat outside with my dog by my side.But in 6 or 7 visits, my order has never -NEVER- been right. Every time it's a half-hearted apology if even. Twice, it's still been wrong after they said they'd fix it. Once they forgot my order entirely (and never apologized). I don't think I expect a lot, but customer service is simply not practiced.Hopefully they'll fix whatever is missing in management or training or quality help.

This was my first time here. The place is clean and had plenty of seating. The cashier who took out order was very friendly. I had the Booyah burger with extras and Sriracha bacon cheese fries, food was pretty good. Also got a Blueberry cheesecake sundae to go.
The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Everything was drenched in grease, including the fries. The manager seemed unkempt and was unhelpful, demonstrating poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re looking for a terrible time.

I only get take out or delivery but it's always right and it's always hot. It's a little more expensive than the other burger places but believe me it's totally worth the 2 or 3 bucks more you'll spend. AND THE SHAKES ARE FIRE ?
This place is amazing!! The staff is friendly and welcoming! We got burgers and fries, and it was SO GOOD! Highly recommend this place!
