A gem! I have a place just up the hill, but have only ate here for the first time this week. We rocked up quite late having just arrived in from the airport. In spite of this, the restaurant had no issue giving us a nice quiet table, slightly further away from all the noise. We received a lovely welcome, and our food arrived really promptly. The menu is excellent, and there were probably 20 things I can 't wait to try in time. The crab pate is absolutely incredible. We ordered chicken skewers, and they were beautiful. Have been wanting to try this place for so long. But we're left with a salty taste in our mouths. From our experience the staff were pleasant but the food was a letdown. The starter was over priced for something I feel I could have bought most of from a supermarket. The toast was from a cheap packet as I have the same at home so more of an effort could have been made there. A couple of dips, salty tough polvo and another bland chewy dish. The money for this dish clearly went on the prawns and oysters. The golden bream was so salty my husband stopped eating it. My dish of prawns and monk fish was bland and chewy. Dies ist ein wunderbares landestypisches Fischrestaurant. Wer einen romantischen Abend zu zweit verbringen will, sollte aber woanders einchecken. Hier ist es taghell erleuchtet und letztlich ungemütlich. Der Fisch und alle Beilagen sind aber außergewöhnlich gut. Zudem eine kleine feine Weinkarte und alles sehr kundenfreundlich kalkuliert. Daher gerne wieder.

Probably one of the best (quality/price) restaurants in Algarve. The staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The shrimp on garlic, the picanha and the brownie was absolutely fantastic, super delicious and they even offered a Porto wine to go with the coffee!I will return for sure! Reserva una mesa ahora

We were curious to visit because of the positive reviews. But when we looked at the fish display we were disappointed with the apparent freshness. The food quality was ok but I wouldn't say outstanding. Overall service was good. Price 125 for 4 adults, no wine.

Adorável. É um restaurante que não foi feito apenas para os estrangeiros, muito familiar. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e disponíveis. A comida é boa e servem boas doses (mesmo 1/2 dose é mais que suficiente para uma pessoa). Iremos voltar de certeza.
