I enjoyed the Bori Bowl with Pernil, which was flavorful without being overly seasoned. The arroz con gandules was exceptional—truly excellent rice. My wife ordered the Mofongo with Steak and onions; while the steak had great seasoning, she found it slightly overcooked and would have liked more onions. The mofongo was delicious but could have used a bit more garlic, though that’s just a matter of personal taste. Overall, everything was very enjoyable, and I definitely plan to return.
