My dogs attended for three years. It concerned me that I was never asked for medical records to prove that vaccines are updated. I only had to provide themonce when enrolling them. Recently one of my dogs developed kennel cough (she’s vaccinated) and the other became very fearful of going to daycare. This made me sad because she used to be so excited to go! I spoke to the owner and she offered some sadness over this behavior but no offer to look into the possible cause such as talking to staff.My girls loved daycare but I was uncomfortable bringing them when one was so afraid she didn’t want to get out of the car when we arrived.I just wish someone had offered to look more into this for me....

The Chelmsford location has an owner and a manager who do not know how to run their businesses. Do they even know what what the dog to boarder ratio is? This location does not seem to follow the national guidelines. Doggy day cares should have a minimum of 15 to 1 dog to boarder ratio based on active dogs. Most day cares are 10 to 1. Most Boston Dog locations have a minimum 20 to 1 ratio (possibly larger) which is too high unless all dogs are considered not active! What dog is not active, especially younger dogs? None! After having evaluated the Chelmsford location, I have decided that this location doesn't warrant a good review. The manager of Boston Dog Company at Chelmsford does not seem...

Very poor communication. Booked my dog last minute, was told they had 1 spot and to sent vaccination records via email. Sent everything over, no response. Called the following day to confirm, was again asked to email with a time of drip of and pick up as they go by appointment. Was told I would have a email response and I haven’t heard anything. Ended up booking with another kennel

I had my two dogs stay there while me and my family went on vacation since we couldn’t find a sitter. When we picked them up after vacation on my dogs had a chunk of hair missing on his neck like another dog had attacked him. My two dogs get along very well together so they didn’t hurt each other.
