In response to the Monday night special person...obviously you don't know the meaning of the Monday night special. People go there for the cheap prices and the great food Monday nights from 9pm-12am. The reason they don't let you take the wings home is because they are an in-house special, if not than people would order crazy amounts and just take it home...what’s the point?!!! And the reason you have to get bottled water is because they practically give the food away at those low costs. Makes sense that they don't give away water too!!!! I have been going to the Boston Hotel (Never was confused as to whether it was in a Hotel or not! for along time and the food has always been awesome. Fresh seafood, the best clams you can find in these parts and did I mention how great the prime rib is. It 's a down to earth type place sports decor don 't be looking for a fancy establishment. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing as well. Both of our steaks were burnt on the outside and cutting into them felt like slicing through cardboard. Once again, when the check came, it was a joke. The totals were handwritten, and the waitress erroneously charged $8.78 as tax on a $55 bill. Seriously? Our experience began with a completely unprofessional waitress. She was slow and unkempt, and unfortunately, the food followed suit. We had to send the steak back twice because it was still cold. The crab cake also went back twice, and it was still not warm. When I tried to address the situation with the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude, as if they were comparing our complaints to a minor issue. I have to say I have been going out to eat for a long time. This is one of my favorite places. It is a place that you can come in casual and have a great meal plus some good conversation at the same time. The price is unbelievable, I wonder how they can do it because it is so inexpensive. But if you can’t take a joke then this isn’t for you. People that work here treat you like family. They will listen to you and tell you how they feel. The food is finger licking good. From their seafood surf and turf to the danities. Roast beef sandwiches, crab legs, clams, you name it. Come on in and you might run across me standing there with a drink in my hand laughing... We never pass up an opportunity to dine here, even if it means driving nearly two hours each way when we don’t have any other reason to be in the area. The value is exceptional, and the staff is very welcoming!
