total disappointment! I came to this place to have a quick dinner before a road trip and was greeted by disorganized workers who didn't wear gloves running around with open tellers during the talk, argue and cough about eating. the manager seemed uninterested in the customer service and focused more on its lack of guidance. my teller and filthy were stuffed by the manager on my tablet as if I were disturbing him. This review isn't about the food. Food is great. I am reviewing the company no sence policy. Drive-thru service, I wanted to buy 2 whole chicken and the employee said I have only 1 order left. While I was waiting to take my order, I found out they have more and people were purchasing behind me. I asked why I couldn't get 2, he said company policy. I asked if I turned around, I can buy another one, his respond shocked me YES you can buy. I would love someone from Boston Market explain to me this policy.
The Boston Market in this location is consistently clean and the staff members are well-organized, polite, and friendly. Even though the drive-thru can get busy on weekends, the line keeps moving smoothly. The food is always restocked promptly, and the counter line stays clear and continues to move efficiently. There is ample parking available, and customers can enjoy free wifi inside the restaurant.
We loved this restaurant located on Route 22 in Union. The food was consistently delicious, the establishment was always kept clean, and the staff were always friendly and efficient. We are grateful that this restaurant is still in operation on Route 22, as it can be costly for restaurants to thrive in New Jersey with high rent and taxes.

The food was tasty, typical of a semi-fast food establishment. The restaurant was tidy. However, the staff was not very welcoming, especially the cashier who was rude. It would be beneficial for them to provide training for employees to be more friendly and accommodating towards customers. The overall experience could have been improved.

I haven't had Boston market in awhile n I was craving a meatloaf sandwich and when I got the home it smell funky n tasted weird.
