Do not take UberEats orders if they do not know how they let their customers know when they run out of the food and close early. would have saved gas and my time if they had ordered in the app like other restaurants that my meal was not available or had problems. how do they continue to run out of the food? and there is no reason for the employees not to answer the phone when they are to be open to say: "I'm sorry that we are closed, have problems, etc." it took too long for someone to come from behind to tell me that there was no command. get it together, please, because this is not the first time that this has happened
this must be the most frustrating place in the opposite. the last few paintings try to go here, they have closed over an hour before the already revised note on the door. if it's after 19 watches, they just go somewhere else so they don't waste their time. when I openly catch them, only 1 times in my past 5 try, all were good before the 8PM time at the door, they also seem to doordash and scrub nabe orders about the walk in the customers. sad I will put this restaurant on the list of cancellations. I'm gonna miss her huh, but eating isn't enough to cause the headache. farewell boston market.
We thought we would try Boston Market for dinner. We entered our order with their online delivery service. After waiting the acknowledged delivery time had passed by over an hour we called to follow up. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone kept ringing until it disconnected. The delivery service also tried to contact the restaurant with the same results. So after waiting almost 2 hours for our food, we ended up with our order cancelled. Don't order from here if you want to eat.
Wonderful food and service. Very helpful and kind staff. Especially under the circumstances of having short staff I know their trying very hard to keep this place from falling. (I know how it is, it’s very hard to find people to work these positions)… just ignore the rude comments to the people who just complain for fun in reviews… Keep up the great work Boston Market, see ya soon!!!!??

to my understanding online it says that this load is open up to 10 o'clock. I have an order on the Boston market in southfield, mi around 21 o'clock. it closed at 9 o'clock took my money online and told me to come tomorrow 8/20/22 for my ordervery inconvenient and ghetto. I will not be back!!!
I've stopped at this particular Boston Market a couple of times. I can honestly say that every time has been a pleasure. The staff take good care of me and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this restaurant, if you're in the area and are looking for a decent meal at a fair price.
Food was less than 1 star. Service was ok….. store does close early sometimes but their doing you a favor. Moral of the story .Don’t spend money on food you don’t want. Lesson learned .
Closed early!! Suppose to close at 9pm and at 8:50 all the doors were locked and workers closing down. If that’s the case then change the hours to reflect your operation.
