Boston Market - Reserva de mesa

This is for the location of Boston Market on Little Rd just north of I20 in Arlington, Texas. I have used thus location with excellent results for a couple of years. I always order exactly the same item. Quarter chicken dark, with one piece of cornbread. Today a person I had never seen there before, gave me a tiny piece of chicken that is nowhere close to the Quarter I am used to getting with my order. When I questioned the serving size with full explanation, I was treated poorly. The reply included that the chickens are getting smaller . This is absurd. Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up, was told it was cancelled. It was not, I was still charged. Contacted Boston Market through multiple means for a refund, no response. Went back to give them another chance. Ordered in the drive through. Got to the window, charged my card, then they were suddenly out of everything I ordered. I made some compromises, worker assured me he would hook it up for the inconvenience. Got my food and left only to find out instead of hooking me up he actually gave me much less than I ordered. Will not be coming back

They keep their posted hours of operation, unlike some of the other locations. My late husband loved their soup as it was easy for him to eat after chemo. Now my children ask for it when they don't feel good. I called ahead, it was ready and waiting. Staff here is so sweet. Doesn't matter that I live on thebwest side of Arlington, I'll ALWAYS come east to this one. Thank you for hard work, even in the late hours.

I paid nearly $20 for a small portion of turkey that had no good flavor at all. The filling was also unappetizing and served as one of the two sides. This was a strange experience and I will not be returning. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora

Eating was really just okay. At least mine. Now the young lady behind the register was so nice and friendly. Before we left, we went to her and told her that she was one of the best customer service personally, we just got amazing! Food: 4/5

The gravy had a strange taste, almost like dirty water. The manager, or possibly an Asian female employee, was not dressed appropriately with her shirt half-unbuttoned, wearing a sports bra, and sweatpants in the main lobby.

The food is okay or at least what I had. Ots is kind of old. It was the service that was so amazing. She was the sweetest young lady who loves her job. I'd go back to see her. Food: 4/5

Dirty af. Personal foods on the counter that aren't affiliated with Boston market. Cross contamination. You couldn't pay me to eat here. I changed my mind QUICKLY. Reserva una mesa ahora

Open till 11pm, great! Out of Chicken at 7:35 and told by the workers that they are not making any more??? If you can't do it then don't and close your doors.

The restaurant is decent overall, but their sweet potato/yam dishes are exceptional. The rest of the food is good, but the yams are truly standout.
