They ran out of chicken, the ran out of certain desserts, they didn't inform me they had to replace the chicken I ordered with the basic flavor one. The order was not ready when we got there and we arrived late to pick it up because we stopped at rite aid. I decided to order again today and it was worse than the first time. I ordered all white meat and was charged all white meat, but got the leg portion. The veggies were old at first I thought they were over cooked, but the carrots were under cooked. This visit was a Very bad experience with the 1.5 hour wait time and quality of food given to me. This was the second time I come here for the Holiday Meal for Thanksgiving and it will be my last. The staff were unorganized, people were being handed the wrong food, some were overcharged and some underhanded, some had to cancel their orders and place them again in order to get their food which caused an even longer wait time. When I received my food at a glance everything looked fine but once I got home to unpack everything, I was surprised to see the Salad and Steamed Veggies expired. I had arrived at 9:15pm and me and my family had bought separate meals and they refused to let us eat inside the restaurant, cause a they said they were cleaning the dinning area and they were going to close soon. When its says clear on the schedule closes at 10pm. and charged us for a cup of Nashville sauce on the side so ridicules.

I wish I could have taken a picture before I started eating, but the food was too good to wait! I had half a BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, spinach, and cornbread. It was so delicious that I felt like I was in heaven, and I couldn't help but sing with joy while I ate!

I drove two miles there to use the $5 coupon code for a meatloaf meal only to find out it was closed for the day due to technical problem. It should offer the $5 deal to anyone who could show a selfie with the closure note in the following week or month.

Great flavors, especially when paired with the right ingredients! I love her chicken pots, the meat dishes, and the rotisserie chicken. The sides are always a bonus as well. However, it's hard to place phone orders since they never pick up.

I had a great experience on my first visit! I even tried a new way of preparing sweet potatoes, and I loved it. We took advantage of the 2 for $20 special, which was an excellent deal for all the food we received!
