Boston Market - Reservar una mesa

Boston market is extremely unorganized and incompetent. We placed a holiday order online this Thanksgiving and when we arrived in the store, they still did not maintain our order and it was not paid. When they finally found it, they said it was not even paid EVEN, although we showed them that it had already been through our bank process. My husband had to pay AGAIN over another card. When we called the catering line to ask if they have taken our order since the store had it, the costumer interrupted me rudely and said it was.
