I've been to this location a few times during the pandemic and this is the first time that the inside looked halfway decent where they thought people might actually want to possibly eat there even though it's been available to eat in before. Spoke to gentleman at the cash register pretty quickly but he said he had to wait for someone else to be able to come and actually operate it. After a long night with a fussy baby, my husband and I decided to order lunch instead of cooking. 20 minutes before our order was delivered, our Dasher (if you order online, Boston Market used DoorDash) was called to say that they do not have one of the items. We chose another option and the person who took our order repeated every article after me so that the Dasher could hear what we needed. I left explicit instructions where I find my apartment, not that it's awfully complicated. On Weds 10/26 I order $68 of food from Boston Market in Columbia. When the food got home most of the items were wrong. I returned to the store and was informed that they were out of the items that I ordered and the store substituted. There was nophone call and the substituted items were cheaper menu item. I requested a refund and the manger informed me that she couldn?tissue a refund and would need to call the district manager. She called and send him a copy of my receipt. I was promised a fullrefund. I left the food there and returned home. Today the charge for full price was posted but no refund. Beware.
Don't be concerned; this place is nearly empty and has such a small staff that they can only serve one meal per hour. I spent over an hour driving there, only to discover that they serve rice and have a strange interpretation of what a chicken sandwich is—one that sounds more like mac and cheese. The last time I managed to get food, it wasn’t what I ordered, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone before they closed, which was two hours later. At this rate, they can’t sell enough food to even cover their electricity bill. It’s a pity because the food actually tastes pretty good—if you can manage to get any.

This was a good enough lunch to merit 4 stars. I had the meatloaf bowl with ?healthy ? sides. Corn and broccoli. Ahh, but then she asked me if I wanted gravy- of course I didn?t turn it down. Parking is easy. The store is tucked way back in a parkinglot near a Home Depot- it?s so far tucked away you could miss it. Probably because of this, the place was almost deserted at12:30 today The ingredients were fresh but I don?t think they were ?never frozen fresh?. The meatloaf was good but the texturewas really fine- almost processed in appearance. But it tasted good.
Poor organization for holiday meals and catering. Questionable hygiene. I waited an hour for my scheduled pickup and witnessed workers without masks and gloves managing food and related equipment. I also witnessed rotisserie skewers placed point down on the floor in high foot traffic areas. Some lady wasn't even wearing her shoes all the way on. Terrible terrible terrible. I'm never coming back here again. I'd be happy with a refund and going to Denny's for Thanksgiving yet here I stand....
Sadest Boston Market ever ???? -They were not busy at all, but the dinning room tables were not even wiped down and there were puddles of water near the hot case. -The men's bathroom was far from clean. -Half the menu was out of stock (might not be theirfault), and even the fountain soda machine had minimal choices. -They didn't even have actual napkins, just paper towels rippedinto pieces from the bathroom rolls ???? Sorry, folks, but I know you can do a lot better.
Bathrooms always an issue either no soap or paper towels. It has a really bad smell in the mens room. Went there last week and again today still a really foul odor and its never busy maybe one more person when i order. Food is okay it seems to be notvery consistent with their availability of products. It's a convenient location but it needs a lot of attention with theiroverall sanitation in the restaurant.

I rate this place two stars because the staff were friendly and the setting was pleasant. However, the food was served cold, the chicken was dry, and the dining room was cluttered with boxes, giving it a storage-like appearance. To make matters worse, the dining room was very cold. I hope this was just an off day for them.
