My wife and I visited the Abington, PA Boston Market Monday, March 6, 2023 at around 6:20 pm to get several pot pies. We were quickly told they had no pot pies whatsoever, which was shocking and very surprising. We have been there when they had to cook more pot pies, but were never told that they did not have any more or told that they haven’t had them in some time. We looked up at the menu and my wife said she would take a sandwich to which the sales associate said that they had no bread. Poor customer service and logisitics. I ordered online 20 min. before I arrived. I got there and there were no customers in the store and there was one other online order on the screen which I was in front of. They did not even start my order and then toldme they did not have 2 of my 3 meals I ordered. They were all over the place and could find sauces, salad, or the rightSomepeople came in behind me and instead getting all of my order together they help someone who came in behind me with a regularwalking. THE POINT of online is so it will be ready or almost ready by the time you get there!! Why wait til get there to startan order I already paid for- I could have just walked in and ordered.
Went into the establishment around 6pm this evening and instantly noticed there were no normal size containers available for a meal. One meal equalled 1 container for your meat and another 2 for your sides. Now let's get to the sides ? The mash potatoes were the worse I have ever had in my life. It was very obvious that the recipe has changed to that of box mash potatoes and they had a horrible after taste. What the hell happened?!? I feel deceived and disappointed. I see from the reviews I'm not the only...Also, the staff working this evening held it down while chaos was unfolding all around them. Specifically the cashier who appeared to be doing everything. She deserves to be recognized!
I walked in at 8 PM and immediately felt pressured to place my order. They were out of spicy nuggets and gravy. One of the staff members had AirPods in and seemed indifferent, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I also struggled to communicate with him because he was mumbling and not speaking clearly. To top it off, the chicken was extremely dry, and the corn was stale. I ended up tossing everything and making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead. This was my first visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last.

This place was horrible I'm sorry to say this but It seems like only one person was in the back cooking everything The rice tasted like it was A-day old and hard The Mac and cheese were salty They didn't have much to choose from It was empty nothingThe lady in front she was nice The only issue I have is You cannot Handle money and food at the same time Or credit cards it'sfilled with germs I find that very disgusting deal with the money put gloves on and handle the food. I will not be eating hereagain
Furthermore, the chicken was very dry, almost like it had been leftover from the previous day. The chicken pot pie was just a pile of chicken with no vegetables whatsoever. We ordered two bowls, and they left out the spinach in one and the BBQ sauce in the other, despite my specific request for extra BBQ sauce—none was provided at all! For a $216 order, you would think they would pay more attention to the requests. I will not be ordering from here again!
Pretty bummed about this place.I've ordered from there 4 times over the past year. The food is good.... but not once has my order been correct.Usually it's the sides. Last night, one side was missing and so was the meatloaf. I think last night was the last time I am ordering from there. There's no point in me paying money for food I won't even receive.
The restaurant often lacks enough prepared sides and seasonal meats during peak dinner hours. I'm often left disappointed when they don't have rice, ribs, or brown gravy for the potatoes. The food is always delicious when I can get what I'm looking for, but that doesn't happen often enough.

Absolutely terrible. Please don’t waste your time. The chicken pot pie was tasteless. The cornbread was tough. The potato wedges were not cooked all the way. They were out of every single drink except lemonade. $25 down the drain. I would not recommend it here nor will I ever return.
